When the immune system exagerates
Allergies are spreading
Do you suffer at times from complaints like runny nose, itchy eyes, shortness of breath, cough, skin rashes, swellings, nausea, digestive complaints or diarrhoea? An allergy could be hiding behind these complaints.
Allergies are constantly spreading. At this time about 30% of the population suffer from allergies. This makes a simple and accurate screening for possible triggers, so-called allergens, ever more important.
Instead of unpleasant skin tests, which are not always unambiguous, in the Diagnoseklinik we rely on the so-called allergy sensor: over a hundred allergens are placed in a standardised manner on the fields of a chip. The doctor places a small amount of blood on the chip and can then see if antibodies from the blood react with the allergens on the chip. An accurate determination of the Ig E reaction profile and a precise identification of the allergy trigger are possible. The treatment is markedly streamlined and improved.
